All orders are non refundable
Shipping times are approximately 7-10 business days, however this IS NOT GUARANTEED. COVID-19 took a major hit on all shipping facilities please keep this in mind when purchasing.
We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.
Received the wrong order or damage has been made with your unit?
We are not held liable for any shipping delays or shipping inconveniences. After tracking numbers are sent please take any shipping concerns to your local carrier. Feel free to reach out to us and we will try to assist in any way we can.
All Premade units come as-is unless there is a customization option added to that specific order. Custom units comes fully customized according to the customers directions. Ready To Ship wigs come fully customized and come as pictured.

How long is shipping? Who do you ship with?
Shipping has been delayed due to COVID-19. Shipping times have increased from 3-5 business to approximately 7-10 business day. We ship with UPS and ALL packages do require a signature.
When will I receive a tracking number ?
Tracking numbers are sent out via email 24-48 hrs after confirmation of purchase. Please allow it to update. After tracking numbers are sent and orders are shipped we are no longer in control.

What are your processing times for custom units?
Processing times for custom units are 10-12 business days. This time frame doesn't include any weekends or holidays. Granted custom wigs can be completed earlier but this is a safe place for us to not rush our work. Please book accordingly.
