SHIPPING + PAYMENT POLICY

Shipping times are approximately 2-3 business days for “on hand” orders, however this IS NOT GUARANTEED. COVID-19 took a major hit on all shipping facilities please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.

Received the wrong order or damage has been made with your unit?
Please contact us at station12hair@gmail.com ASAP so we can fix the problem immediately. 

We are not held liable for any shipping delays or shipping inconveniences. After tracking numbers are sent please take any shipping concerns to your local carrier. Feel free to reach out to us and we will try to assist in any way we can.

 
We are not held liable for any shipping delays that are a direct result from incorrect addresses. Please double check your address ( street, apartment, city, state, zip code)
EXCHANGE POLICY: 
  • You are able to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) without exceeding your total order value. If you choose to exceed your total order value, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. You have 10 business days to contact our customer service team for this to offer to be valid. HAIR MUST REMAIN IN IT’S NATURAL STATE & ZIP TIES MUST NOT BE CUT TO BE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS.

Didn’t find anything you wanted to exchange right now ? That’s fine take our “Store Credit” option into consideration.

STORE CREDIT POLICY:

  • We’ll attach a store credit to your store profile that you are able to use at a later time. This store credit is only valid for 90 days. Please email us at station12hair@gmail.com to redeem your store credit. 

Payment Policies
All shop pay payments process in 1-2 business days meaning the processing times DO NOT start until your payment has been approved on our end. Please keep this in mind when choosing to use this as your payment option. 

Your SHIPPING & BILLING address MUST match, if they do not you will be refunded immediately.

How long is shipping? Who do you ship with? 

Approximately 2-3 business day. We ship with UPS and ALL packages do require a signature. 

When will I receive a tracking number ?

Tracking numbers are sent out via email 24-48 hrs after confirmation of purchase. Please allow it to update. After tracking numbers are sent and orders are shipped we are no longer in control.
