All orders are non refundable 
Once orders are processed in our system you can longer make any changes to your order. If you have any questions please email info@thewigplayhaus.com
Shipping times are approximately 7-10 business days, however this IS NOT GUARANTEED. COVID-19 took a major hit on all shipping facilities please keep this in mind when purchasing. 

We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.

Received the wrong order or damage has been made with your unit?
Please contact ASAP so we can fix the problem immediately. 

We are not held liable for any shipping delays. After tracking numbers are sent please take any shipping concerns to FedEx. Feel free to reach out to us and we will try to assist in any way we can.

All Premade units come as-is unless there is a customization option added to that specific order. Custom units comes fully customized according to the customers directions. Ready To Ship wigs come fully customized and come as pictured.
Changes can be made to your wigs in the "Requests" box. 
We are not held liable for any shipping delays that are a direct result from incorrect addresses. Please double check your address ( street, apartment, city, state, zipcode)

Payment Policies
All payments process 2-3 business days. Meaning the processing times DO NOT start until your payment has been approved on our end. Please keep this in mind when choosing to use this as your payment option. 

Your SHIPPING & BILLING address MUST match, if they do not you will be refunded immediately.
